ASA Legend Car "Burning Rubber"
"Orange Show Speedway, ASA Legend Car Series Finale. Onboardz Cams Go Along For The Ride."
Onboardz, working w/ #44 ASA Legend Car Racer J&M Auto Body backed Brian Tyczki in the video above showing the OSS Legend Car fans how to burn the rubber off the tires in the OSS infield for the season finale 11-01-08.
Posting great times in the qualifier and winning the heat race the young legend car racer was winning the main event ,when on the last turn of the last lap the #44 machine was hit from behind and spun out right before the checkered flag. See the video below for that exciting legend car race footage.

Onboardz and The ASA Legend Cars
Onboardz goes to Orange Show Speedway on 10/18/08 and we were filming with Nascar/ASA Racer - Matthew Hicks. 21 yr.old, Matt has had great success in his racing career that includes 2 Nascar Super Truck Championships.
Matt now races with Nascar's Super Late Model's at Toyota Speedway and keeps up his racing skills racing with The ASA Legend Car Series.
Matt invited Dave from Onboardz to come out and run a Onboardz Multi-Camera System on his #28 ASA Legend Car for the Saturday night ASA Sponsored Event and the trip to the Orange Show Speedway in San Bernardino,Ca. 1/4 mile oval was well worth it.
Matt and Legend Car #97 had quite a bumper banging main event that you may see a clip of in the video included in ths post.
Needless to say Matt is an experienced racer with a never say die attitude and loves to run at the front of the pack and fully capable of doing just that and won the Trophy Dash this night.
We spent the whole day with Matt, onboard filming and had a great time getting onboard footage with Matt and talking with the other racers and their families and look forward to working with him again. Which could be in the very near future at a Legend Car Road Race, which we really look forward to as these Legend Cars can normally reach their top speeds between 120-140 mph on road type courses and could make for some great onboard video action.
